A new partner for the Confederation of African Football, with Africa Global Logistics (AGL). In announcing this partnership, AGL states its ambition: to promote social inclusion through soccer, but also to create links between countries and communities. Africa's leading multimodal logistics operator (port, logistics, sea and rail) has just announced a partnership with the African soccer governing body. With less than 50 days to go before the kick-off of the AFCON 2023 in Côte d'Ivoire, AGL has become the official logistics provider for African soccer.
"This partnership with AGL represents a major challenge in our drive to make African soccer a global benchmark. Thanks to AGL, CAF will benefit from state-of-the-art logistics, essential to the success of our events. Together, we will work to reinvent the future of African soccer and interact with fans, teams and communities across the continent," said CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba.
