Five nations for one award. After an initial list of 10 teams, the Confederation of African Football has unveiled the five finalists for the Women's Team of the Year trophy. While Senegal and Zambia are still in the running, South Africa, Morocco and Nigeria are the favourites thanks to their respective performances at the Women's World Cup. The Banyana Banyana, who won the Women's AFCON, have an added advantage. The overall winner will be announced on December 11 at the CAF Awards ceremony in Morocco.
