CAF School Championships: First edition will be held in South Africa

CAF School Championships: First edition will be held in South Africa

The final phase of the CAF African School Football Championship will take place in Durban, South Africa, from April 5 to 8. All matches will be played at the King Zwelithini Stadium. A total of 14 teams will participate in the competition in both men's and women's events. Players will be between the ages of 12 and 15. During the matches, each team will field 8 players, with an unlimited number of substitutes. The matches will last 40 minutes. The winners of the boys' and girls' tournaments will each receive 285,000 euros, while the finalists will receive 185,000 euros. The Motsepe Foundation has also made a donation of 9.5 million euros.
