The 27th episode of the Ivorian Ligue 1 has delivered its verdict. Despite two games in hand, Asec Mimosas are still on top of the standings. Its faithful lieutenants SOA and Sporting Gagnoa continue their mano à mano. But the performance of the day is that of Ouattara Brahima. Back from a European escapade at the end of the first part of the season, before the CHAN 2022, the former Nice player keeps on scoring.
Ouattara scored twice against ASI Abengourou (3-1) and is now the top scorer in Ligue 1. With 11 goals in 11 games played, the captain of the Lions of Yopougon has put his team on the right track.
