While some players can't stand criticism at all, that's apparently not the case for Edmond Tapsoba. Bayer Leverkusen's Burkinabe central defender thrives on it. "Everyone is free to say what they think about criticism, because it's all for our own good. Being in the group, we can't see what's wrong. People on the outside see things better than we do, so I ask them to keep criticizing us, because it makes us grow," says the 24-year-old Etalon.
