A night of contrasts for Vincent Aboubakar and Eric Bailly with Besiktas. As the Turkish outfit hosted Lugano on Matchday 2 of the Europa Conference League group stage, the Cameroon international scored twice for his side. Two goals in the 38th and 52nd minutes gave the Stambouliotes a 2-0 lead. But the Turks were reduced to 10 men after Valentin Rosier was sent off, and totally collapsed, conceding three goals in the last 10 minutes. First by Aliseda (86th) before Vladi's equalizer (86th). But the worst was yet to come when Eric Bailly scored an own goal to precipitate Besiktas' unexpected defeat (90th). An unfortunate deflection of the head under pressure meant defeat for the Besiktas, who had thought they had scored their first win of the European campaign.
AN ERIC BAILLY OWN-GOAL GIVES LUGANO THE COMEBACK WINNER!!!

Une deuxième mi-temps catastrophique de Besiktas qui s’est incliné 3-2 face à Lugano alors qu’ils tenaient une avance de deux buts. 🥶
