The big maneuvers begin for Walid Sadi. As the new president of the Algerian Football Federation, Sadi took a number of strong measures at the association's executive committee meeting on Tuesday October 3. The first of these was to remove Abdelkrim Medouar from the presidency of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP). The federal bureau also voted unanimously to freeze the LFP's activities. Mohamed Amine Mesloug was appointed by the federal board to manage the transition until new elections can be organized. In addition to these initial decisions, the executive committee may proceed with an audit of the management of the Professional Football League.
