Zambia played a friendly against Kuwait at the Cairo International Stadium in Egypt on Monday 12 June. The Chipolopolo fell to a heavy 3-0 defeat. The defeat comes at a bad time, as the Zambians face Côte d'Ivoire on 17 June in a qualifier for the 2023 African Cup of Nations.
