AEK Athens of Morocco's Nordin Amrabat, Cameroon's Harold Moukoudi and Angola's Ambrosini Antonio Cabaça Salvador are Greek champions. The title was clinched after a 4-0 victory over Volos on Sunday 14 May in the final round of the Super League.
AEK Athens won their 13th national title with 83 points, ahead of second-placed Panathinaikos with 78 points. Olympiakos finished third.
