Romanian Mario Maranica (59) is Liberia's new coach. He has signed a two-year contract, and will make his debut on the Liberian bench in the preliminary round of the AFCON 2025 qualifiers against Djibouti in March. He succeeds Ansu Keita. Maranica coached Malawi between 2021 and April 2023, qualifying them for the AFCON 2021 in Cameroon.
