Caitlin Ann de Lange loves Accra. After making a name for herself at the 2021 African Swimming Championships held in the Ghanaian capital, the South African is back to dazzle the pools. The 20-year-old swimmer picked up 5 medals, including 4 golds, at the All-Africa Games 2024 currently taking place in Accra. She dominated the 100m freestyle and 50m backstroke, took 2nd place in the 50m butterfly, and was part of two victorious South African relays.
