Samuel Chukwueze has certainly signed the most beautiful African performance of the weekend. The Nigerian scored a resounding double in the yellow sub's 3-2 win over the great Real Madrid. After the Casa Blanca opened the score in the 16th minute on a CSC from Pau Torres, the 23-year-old striker put the record straight in the 39th minute. In the chase, Real would regain the lead through Vinicius (48th). But it was without counting with the selflessness of Villarreal.
Jose Luis Morales allowed them to come back to the score in the 70th minute. Then Samuel Chukwueze, in the 80th minute, scored a beautiful goal to reverse the Real. Final score 2-3. The Nigerian now has 6 goals. This victory allows Villarreal to move up temporarily to 5th place. Real remains second in the standings with 59 points. It has probably said goodbye to the title. They are still under the threat of Atletico Madrid, 5 points behind with a game in hand.
