Nigeria: Okocha regrets lack of investment in youth football

Former Super Eagles captain Augustine Okocha expresses his sadness at the Golden Eaglets' failure to qualify for the semi-finals of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations. Okocha says the neglect of a credible youth football development programme over the years has eclipsed the country from the nations to reckon with.
