In this particular case, his indictment shows that the investigating judge considered that there are serious and concordant indications of the commission of the crime of rape of which my client is a victim. [We will not tolerate any campaign of denigration or destabilization to her detriment, as is unfortunately still too often the case for women who have the courage to denounce the facts of rape of which they are victims. This case needs to be treated as calmly as possible by the justice system.
