The Gabonese Football Federation has announced the arrival of Puma as the new sponsor of its national teams."Global sports company PUMA and the Gabonese Football Federation today announced the official signing of a long-term partnership that will see PUMA become the equipment supplier for Gabon's national youth, women's and men's soccer teams," Gabon's soccer governing body announced in a statement on Tuesday, March 19.
It added: "The Gabon Panthers will make their debut with PUMA at the FIFA International Window in March 2024, where they will face another PUMA-sponsored team, namely Senegal."
Gabon thus reunites with a long-standing partner. PUMA was the equipment supplier for the Gabonese teams between 2011 and 2014. Since August 2019, the Italian brand KAPPA has served the teams.
