Brahim Diaz has been in sparkling form since joining Real Madrid last summer, and is more than just a substitute in the White House. He won Real Madrid's Best Player of the Month award for February. His outstanding performance against Leipzig (0-1) in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 certainly tipped the balance. While the Spaniards were dominated throughout the match, Brahim Diaz saved Real Madrid with an individual feat.
The good news just keeps on coming for this attacking midfielder. He will be playing for Morocco during the March international break, having had his change of nationality accepted.
