Brentford has welcomed Benjamin Fredrick to the club. The young Nigerian defender is on loan with an option to buy to the Bees from Simoiben FC until the end of the season.The transfer is subject to obtaining an international work permit. He will play with the reserve team.
"Benjamin (Fredrick) is a player who was identified by our recruitment department and is a genuine prospect who has impressed with Nigeria in recent tournaments. He's a very tenacious player who likes to defend in the front line.He's a player we'll be looking to develop through our playing programme, and we'll see how his development progresses during his loan spell.We look forward to welcoming Benjamin to the club," said Brentford youth coach Neil MacFarlane.
