Cape Verde have just won their first match of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. The Sharks beat Eswatini (0-2) on Tuesday November 21. Ryan Mendes (17th) and Jamiro Monteiro (38th) scored the goals for the Cape Verdeans.
Cape Verde finished the 2 days of Group D with 4 points and in 2nd place.
