Hearts of Oak drew with Samatext in GPL match day six

Asante Kotoko's dominant run in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League faced a formidable challenge this Sunday when they went head to head with Nations Football Club during their away game.

The captivating clash unfolded at the esteemed Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, resulting in a thrilling 2-2 draw, ultimately breaking the reigning champions' winning streak.

The match witnessed an exchange of goals, with both squads finding the back of the net twice. Amidu Diarra emerged as a standout performer, netting a remarkable brace for the home side. However, the Porcupine Warriors retaliated, with Steven Mukwala and Michael Kyei adding their names to the scoresheet, ensuring a share of the points in an intense encounter.
