Hearts of Oak starting eleven again Bechem United in Ghana Premier League

The 2022/2023 Ghana Premier League known as the betPawa League match day ten kicked off across all centers after the short Christmas break.

Legon Cities 1-1 Karela United

Legon Cities rallied from behind to snatch a point at the Sogakope stadium as they drew 1-1 at home to Karela United.

Emmanuel Owusu Boakye shot Karela United ahead in the 36th minute with a sublime strike.

Legon Cities however drew level in the 73rd minute through Abdul Rahman to deny Karela United a victory in the fifth consecutive time this season.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw, moving the royals to 6th place on the table whiles Karela are 11th placed after 10 league games.

Real Tamale United 3-2 Kotoku Royals

Real Tamale United defeated Kotoku Royals at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium on Sunday in a 5-goals thriller.

Baba Kushibo broke the deadlock of the game in the 7th minute before Issah Kuka added the second in the 58th minute.

Richard Dzikoe pulled one back for the visitors in the 62nd minute. The Oda based club fought back harder an grabbed the equalizer with five minutes to end duration.

Yussif Nurudeen however grabbed the winner for the pride of Tamale in the 90th minute to hand Real Tamale United an important home victory.

Real Tamale United are 9th on the league table with 14points whiles Kotoku Royals languishes at the bottom with just 4points in 10games.

Aduana Stars 0-0 Asante Kotoko

Aduana Stars fought hard to earn a point at home to premier league champions Asante Kotoko at the NAB park on Sunday afternoon.

The ogyaa boys dominated the game right from the blast of the whistle till the end but failed to take their chances.

Former Asante Kotoko talisman Emmanuel Gyamfi was a thorn in the flesh of the Kotoko defenders as he created many chances which couldn't result in any goal.

The draw however was vital for the home-side as they still sit atop of the league with 20 points after 10 games.

Accra Hearts of Oak 1-2 Bechem United

Bechem United handed coach Slavko Matic  his first defeat in-charge of the phobians. The phobians who went into the game without a defeat in their last 10games, lost by 2-1 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

Cephas Mantey shot the visitors ahead as early as the 6th minute, pouncing on a lose ball from the Hearts of oak defense and slotted home for the hunters.

Former Bolga All Stars talisman Hafiz Konkoni doubled the lead for the visitors in the 13th minute.

Hearts of Oak SC suffered a red card in the later part of the game as center referee Sefa Eric Antwi sent off Enock Esubonten. The Continental Club Masters however reduced the deficit in the stoppage time through Kwadwo Obeng Junior.
