Highly rated Black Queens defender, Blessing Shine Agbomadzi, has revealed she would like to win tons of trophies with her new side AS FAR Rabat of Morocco.

According to the former Hasaacas Ladies center back, the Moroccan side is a tough one and she envisages a fruitful season with them.

"I want to win more trophies with AS Far Rabat. I know they are a good side and we are going to make exploits in the champions league," she told Ghanaian reporter Ayishatu Zakaria Ali.

Speaking on expectations ahead of the second edition of the CAF Women Champions League competition, Blessing believes it's another opportunity to make exploits on the continent with a different club.

"I signed a two year deal with AS Far Rabat. I joined them because they are one of the best teams in Africa and also to have a feel of the champions league football again. My first experience was awesome and I would like to have a second feel.

It's a great feeling to play in this prestigious tournament. It feels just like playing at the World Cup and I'm ready to have a second feel of it."

The Black Queens defender further revealed that her decision to have joined Hasaacas Ladies after leaving Hapoel Beer Sheva was the best in her playing career.

Blessing joined Hasaacas Ladies in 2021 and went on to win the Ghana women premier league title, the FA Cup, the WAFU B Champions league qualifiers and also came second in the maiden edition of the CAF Women Champions League held in Egypt.

"Joining Hasaacas Ladies was the best decision of my career. I've not regretted at all. Hasaacas Ladies is one of the best clubs in Ghana and it was a privilege to have played at the first-ever CAF Women Champions League with them."

The dependable centre back recounted her partnership with Janet Egyir at the heart of defence during her playing days at Hasaacas Ladies.

"I wasn't looking up to anyone growing up but now I can say my former captain Janet Egyir is my role model. I had the opportunity to play with her and had a wonderful time. I learnt a lot during our partnership at the back of Hasaacas Ladies and I would like to get to her level and if possible, surpass it.”-she added .
